At least they rejected the shooting range

A fitness center built that was beset with roof leaks from the outset, fixed after many months of litigation, a library that needed extensive repairs, supposedly for design flaws, long before the age of the building required it, and now a new police building built on a flood plain.

At least, the majority of the Glen Ellyn trustees rejected the proposed $1.6 million shooting range as part of the project. After all, isn't the $16.5 million shooting range at nearby College of DuPage almost within walking distance of the new station?
