Hour of Code

In recognition of National Computer Science Education Week, December 7-13, St. Emily School students in grades K-8 participated in the Hour of Code - a worldwide movement in which millions of students around the globe try programming with computer code.

Using games and puzzles found at www.code.org, students utilized both block and java script coding as they became exposed to the higher-level thinking skills that all 21st-century students need to master, in a thought-provoking and fun manner.
