Molto, Verus head Kentucky project

OAKBROOK TERRACE - Molto Properties and Verus Partners have broken ground on the second phase of a 1.2 million square foot, two building project at Air Commerce Business Park in Louisville, Kentucky.

After preleasing 74 percent of Phase I to Hillsdale Furniture and receiving strong interest from tenants for the balance of the 622,426 square foot building, Molto elected to accelerate the plans. Phase II will consist of a 645,840 square foot cross-dock industrial facility featuring all the modern amenities demanded by users, such as 36' clear height, trailer parking and ample car parking.

"Our expansion into the Louisville market has allowed us to capitalize on the excellent conditions for the development of quality spec industrial product that is in high demand," said Todd Naccarato, founder and senior principal of Molto Properties.
