Warrenville police looking for armed robber

Warrenville police are searching for an armed robber who took an undisclosed amount of cash from a Speedway gas station late last week, authorities said Monday.

The suspect entered the station about 3:30 a.m. Friday at 2S540 Route 59, displayed a handgun and demanded cash. After getting the money, the suspect fled north on foot. No injuries were reported.

Police describe the suspect as a light-skinned man who was dressed all in black and wore a ski mask.
