Naperville police searching for golf clubs

Do you have a new set of golf clubs you recently picked up for free near Naperville's Brookdale subdivision? If so, the police would like to talk to you.

Police are trying to locate bags of golf clubs and Frisbee golf equipment that were stolen last week and then allegedly left near a stop sign in the Brookdale subdivision.

Police are not saying where the equipment is believed to have been stolen from or why they believe it may have been left in the subdivision.

Anyone who may have found the items is asked to call police at (630) 420-6666 and ask for Detective John Reed.
