Firefighters Food Shop for Families

For the past several years the Countryside Firefighter's Association has purchased food and donated the meals to several township families in need during the holiday season. This year, several members of the Firefighter's Association joined in at Mariano's to select dinner items on the shopping list. Countryside is donating to families in the Vernon, Ela, Fremont and Libertyville Townships. Firefighter Association Joel Severin mentioned how it brings all the guys together and that we can be thankful for all we have that others do not, through the spirit of giving during this holiday season,
