Series to discuss 'Human Trafficking: A Serious Challenge to Humanity'
The St. Charles Public Library is host to Great Decisions, America's largest discussion program on world affairs administered and produced by the Foreign Policy Association. This month's discussion, "Human Trafficking: A Serious Challenge to Humanity", will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19, in the library's Carnegie Community Room, 1 S. Sixth Ave.

The U.S. and the international community have adopted various treaties and laws to prevent trafficking, but to truly understand and combat the issue, they must find the root causes enabling traffickers to exploit millions of victims.
