Entre brokers sale of Bensenville building

BENSENVILLE - Entre Commercial Realty LLC recently brokered the sale of a 20,000-square foot industrial building at s20 Gateway in Bensenville.

Terms of the sale were not announced.

The buyer, Accurate Parts, acquired the facility, which is on 1.3 acres, for an expansion. The property offers 2,800 square feet of office space, 800 amps of power, two docs and one drive-in door.

The firm is a manufacturer of all types of casting, forging, gears, as well as a complete parts manufacturer for many different industries. It has another location in Bensenville.
