Windsor Park Welcomes New Associate Executive Director

Andrew Clauson has been named associate executive director at Windsor Park, a faith-based, non-profit continuing care retirement community administered by Covenant Retirement Communities, one of the nation's largest non-profit senior living providers.

As associate executive director, Clauson will assist the executive director with all aspects of community management and oversee dining services, facilities management, resident services, residential nursing, and catered living.

"Andrew is an accomplished executive in business development, client strategy and operations leadership," said Joshua Anderson, vice president of operations at Covenant Retirement Communities. "In addition, his familiarity with the Wheaton community and Windsor Park make him a natural addition to our executive team."

Before joining Windsor Park, Clauson was vice president of operations at Aramark (NYSE: ARMK), a worldwide customer service business. While there, he led Aramark's largest facilities project, which included managing more than 550 buildings and 55 million square-feet within the Chicago Public Schools system. He also served as director of business development for Aramark's Higher Education division and was a partner at Lake Street Landscape Supply, a landscaping and urban agriculture supplier located in Chicago.

Clauson has a Bachelor of Arts degree in socioeconomics from Wheaton College, Wheaton, Ill. He lives in Chicago.
