A Night at the Fire Station

Countryside Fire District and the Girl Scouts of America have partnered to hold a fundraiser for local Fire & Life Safety programs. Girl Scout Adri Helstad is working toward her Silver Badge in coordinating fun educational activities and volunteers for the children's event. Girl Scout Rachel Hansen is also assisting with the event and helping promote this exciting opportunity targeting Kindergarten through 5th grade elementary students. Public Education Coordinator Tony Rodkey approached the Girl Scouts looking for a fresh idea and this will be the first time the fire district is having the Night at the Fire Station fundraiser. The event will take place at Countryside Fire Station One at 801 S. Midlothian Road, Mundelein, IL. The entry fee is $10 per person which will also include pizza & popsicles on Friday, October 23, 2015 from 5:30pm to 8:30pm. RSVP to (847)367-5511.
