Other polluters must come to table
Barbara Stark urges us to wake up to global warming because of seeing a polar bear so thin that his bones were visible while he was trying to walk on a very thin piece of ice. To my mind, these alarmists fail to look at the cause for such global warming.
Have you ever seen a scientific report that breaks down the global warming that is, indeed, occurring by percentages between nature (final years of the last Ice Age) and mankind's carbon footprint?
I submit that we can deal with mankind's percentage, but we cannot handle mother nature's.
Also, in dealing with mankind's percentage, we cannot go it alone. The developing countries in Asia pollute much more because of their population imbalance compared to the United States. Therefore, unless they come to the table, there is really nothing we can do to eliminate mankind's percentage.
Yes, global warming is occurring, but what is the root cause and who are the major polluters?
Until these questions are answered, no wake up call is needed.
