River City Church offers 'Taking Care of the Temple: Why Your Health Matters to God'

ST. CHARLES - On Sunday, Oct. 25, River City Church is hosting Dr. Jeff Rebarcak of Shape Up Church for a special presentation titled "Taking Care of The Temple: Why Your Health Matters to God."

Rebarcak founded Shape Up Church out of a profound sense of calling to help God's people recapture health and vitality in every area of their lives. In more than 25 years of practice, he has seen the integral connection between our spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

As an author, speaker, mentor, and doctor, Rebarcak's driving passion is helping people who have lost hope regain vision, purpose, and wholeness. Rebarcak regularly speaks to churches and faith-based organizations around the country about the truth that God wants us to be healthy, live abundantly, and prosper in every area of our lives. Dr. Rebarcak will give a message during River City's Sunday gathering at 10 a.m., and continue with an interactive seminar immediately following. Together we will rediscover God's vision for our lives, and how to recover the health and energy to obey His call.
