Blackhawks best Rangers 4-1

The Blackhawks beat the New York Islanders 4-1 on Saturday night at the United Center to improve to 2-1-0.

Trevor van Riemsdyk. Artemi Panarin, Patrick Kane and Brent Seabrook scored for the Blackhawks. Kane, who assisted on the first two goals, already has 3 goals and 3 assists on the young season.

For van Riemsdyk, playing in his 24th game (including playoffs), it was his first NHL goal.

Scott Darling made his first start in net for the Hawks and made 28 saves.
