Scout-crafted scarecrows on display at Morton Arboretum in Lisle
Dozens of scarecrows, all made and decorated by area Scout troops, have taken up residence this month at the Morton Arboretum in Lisle and will remain on display through Halloween.
Placed along the Meadow Lake Trail, the scarecrows have become a traditional part of the plant museum's Fall Color Fest at 4100 S. Route 53, Lisle. They can be viewed from 7 a.m. to sunset each day in October.
