Cabernet Ice Cream

1½ pints of milk

½ pint of heavy cream

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 cup sugar

1 cup Horse Heaven Hills Cabernet Sauvignon

Place all ingredients in Amish-style ice cream maker using ice and rock salt. Mix for half an hour and serve.
