Streamwood Knights of Columbus to hold 5K run to benefit food pantry

Streamwood's Knights of Columbus Mary's Millennium Council #12801 will hold their Knights Challenge 5K Run and 1 Mile Walk Oct. 3 to benefit the Hanover Township Food Pantry.

The race will begin at 8:30 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Parish Campus, 520 S. Park Blvd. in Streamwood.

Registration for runners is $30 per participant and $15 for each walking participant. Awards will be given out to the top female and male finishers.

The Hanover Township Food Pantry serves an average 857 township families every month.
