West Chicago Preschool McTeacher's Night a Huge Success
On Thursday, September 17th, West Chicago Preschool held a McTeacher's Night at the West Chicago McDonald's on North Ave. to raise money for the PTO. Teachers took over the restaurant serving up delicious meals to students and families to raise money. The Preschool families all came to support their McTeacher's Night fundraiser and the night was a HUGE singing success. The McTeacher jobs included; drive-thru teachers, greeters, teachers cleaning the lobby, front counter teachers, teachers clearing tables, teachers making ice cream and shakes and most of all lots of teachers singing for tips. McPrincipal Warner was at the event the whole night greeting the families and supporting all the teachers. A special appearance by Ronald McDonald made the evening extra special. Ronald McDonald took many pictures with families and kids. A very very special thank you goes out to Parent Educator, Madie Ohl, who worked very hard to organize the entire event. The PTO plans to put the money raised into the PTO fund to go towards items needed for the Preschool.
