Why arbitration law necessarily bad?
In your statements on the issue of opposing Rauner's arbitration-law, about the fact it as a bad law, please be aware that thousands of labor/mgmt disputes have arbitrations when management and labor cannot settle with an agreement.
These arbitrators have resolved millions of disputes over the years, and have succeeded in countless decisions in fair and reasonable solutions.
So why do you decide to say this is a bad law?
