Conor Commercial Real Estate unveils development in Bolingbrook

BOLINGBROOK - Conor Commercial Real Estate, a member of Rosemont-based The McShane Companies, announced the development of Fountain Square Commerce Center, a new 70-acre, Class A multi-building industrial business park in Bolingbrook.
Located within the I-55 corridor at Remington Boulevard and South Schmidt Road, the development offers easy access to the full I-55 interchange at I-55 and Route 53 and is in proximity to the I-355 interchange.
Construction is currently underway with delivery scheduled for Summer 2016.
Fountain Square Commerce Center will be comprised of four Class A speculative buildings ranging in size from 109,088 to 320,532 square feet. Each facility can support single- or multi-tenant environments with space available from 40,000 square feet. Industrial operations will be enhanced by on-site vehicle and truck parking, substantial dock door positions, efficient truck maneuverability, 32-foot clear height, ESFR sprinkler systems and office space to-suit.
The business park also features a 12-acre build-to-suit site that can accommodate up to 216,000 square feet of fully customized building requirements.
As part of the development, Fountain Square Commerce Center will feature a two-acre public park at the southeast corner of the parcel. Landscaped walking paths, seating areas and a central decorative fountain will be available for tenants and community residents. Three ponds will also be incorporated throughout the site providing additional visual interest to the contemporary business park.
