Free memory screenings in Schaumburg Sept. 21

The village of Schaumburg is offering free, confidential memory screenings from 1 to 3 p.m. Monday, Sept. 21, at the Nursing Division building at 521 E. Schaumburg Road.

The face-to-face, noninvasive screening takes about 30 to 45 minutes and consists of a series of questions and tasks.

The screenings is administered by one of the registered nurses at the village of Schaumburg and the results are confidential.
