Schaumburg HS Football Player Kicking to Fight Cancer

Schaumburg high school junior Mason Laramie plans to use his cleats and a football to gain yards in the fight against cancer. The Saxons kicker is teaming with Kick-It, a national organization that raises money for children's cancer research.

Mason learned about the program during a kicking camp this past summer and decided to commit his season to help raise funds to fight cancer. A pledge can be made for each point he scores with a field goal or an extra point this season.
