Area Artists & Craftsartists to Exhibit in 25th Annual Fall Show
Area artists and craftsartists selected to participate in the juried 25th Annual Fall Arts & Crafts Adventure to be held in Hodges Park, 101 S Courtland )Prospect & Vine across from Park Ridge City Hall), Park Ridge IL Saturday September 19 from 9am to 5pm are Westmont jewelry artist Joan Salak, a long-time popular exhibitor in the show;returning exhibitor Wheaton artist Robert Glahe showing his unique sculpture;new craftsartist from Waukegan, Grace Geslani exhibiting artwear; Izabela Sadura, Northbrook a second time exhibitor showing her hand-crafted jewelry; Nicole Yuen also returning for the second year from Hoffman Estates and exhibiting vegan handmade body products; from Geneva Carol Frey will exhibit fabric crafts; and artists from Des Plaines inlcude the following: Teresa Habczyk, jewelry; returning artist Zofia Mrowca, artwear; new artist Otilla Laszlo, and bringing an international flavor to the show long-time popular exhibitor and ASA member jewelry artist Nichele Michele who was born in France where she studied art as well as studied art in Milan, Italy and at the Art Institute of Chicago. Karen Swanbery, Aurora is a very popular long-time exhibitor in the show showing her beautiful watercolor paintings.
Artists and craftsartists from near and far will exhibit an enticing variety of work at this popular long-time event held in Uptown Park Ridge in Hodges Park. Presented by American Society of Artists, a national membership organization, it affords a wonderful opportunity to purchase something unique for a wonderful gift or something special for yourself. You will enjoy exploring the talents and treasures of the artists and craftsartists of American Society of Artists. Exhibitors will be located on the grass alongside sidewalks which wind around and through the conveniently located Park. Work exhibited by the artists and craftsartists who created it will include pottery, marvelous hand-crafted jewelry in a variety of mediums, hand-crafted wood arts, watercolor paintings, artwear, photography, a variety of fabric crafts, candles, and colorful glass works and even exquisite miniatures,plus much more. All of the exhibitors will be happy to discuss their work with you. Programs will be available at the show free of charge listing the exhibitors, their mediums and showing their locations in the show.
