Hoffman Estates might add to reward for Fox Lake arrest

Hoffman Estates Mayor Bill McLeod would like the village board to consider adding $5,000 from the village's Crime Stoppers program to the reward being offered to anyone who provides information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the murder of Fox Lake police Lt. Charles Joseph Gliniewicz, according village documents.

The request is listed under the president's report on the agenda for the village board meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday at village hall, 1900 Hassell Road.
