Free Classes on Mental Illness

NAMI Schaumburg Area is offering a free 12 week Family-to-Family education class for family members who have a relative living with mental illness. The class begins Sept 15th, and will meet in the evening in the Elk Grove/Schaumburg area. This "Evidence Based Program" will help family members gain a better understanding of mental illness, learn skills to cope better and become advocates for their ill relatives.
