Alter constitution to meet state's needs

The Illinois Constitution is a promisary note that has to be altered as conditions dictate. Everyone should have a pension of some sort. One pension not three or four.

My first pension was guaranteed not to be reduced in any way. Much to my surprise, after working on my second pension, I was told, "We have to reduce your first pension.

In order to do this we have to change the constitution."

After completing my second pension, I was told anything I worked would add to my first pension.

All state workers should have a pension. According to the values of the state, I should be paid for my first pension about $2,500. Instead, I was paid $92 per month.

All state of Illinois workers: you were offered multiple candy-coated pensions that cannot work. If my constitution was changed and altered to meet the needs of the country, then your constitution should be changed and altered to meet the needs of Illinois.
