Streamwood Woman's Club donates $2,050 to Hanover Township

The Streamwood Woman's Club has donated $2,050 recently to Hanover Township programs - $1,050 to the township's free Open Gym program for youth, and $1,000 to the Hanover Township Food Pantry. The food pantry served 9,763 families last year.

Money from the Woman's Club will help buy supplies that will be distributed to families in need.

Woman's Club members also volunteer their time coordinating local events that help raise money to benefit local organizations and community members.
