Sidewalk sales to benefit Auxiliary of Sherman Hospital

Elgin, Ill. - The Tree House Gift Shop at Sherman Hospital will host its "Sale-ing Through Summer" sidewalk sales on Thursday, July 30 and Friday, July 31, at the hospital, 1425 N. Randall Road.

The sales will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. both days, with all proceeds benefiting the Auxiliary of Advocate Sherman Hospital and its support of programs that empower women in the Fox Valley.

Bargains will be aplenty, a bake sale will take place near the base of the Tree of Life, root beer floats will be offered at The Perk Coffee Kiosk, and all merchandise at the gift shop will be 20 percent off.

The auxiliary is a group of volunteers who raise money to support the hospital and the community. Over the last 50 years, the group has raised over $5 million.
