Time to give? Consider volunteering with Lazarus House

Looking for volunteer opportunities?

Willing to help your neighbors in crisis?

Lazarus House will be hosting a volunteer orientation on Saturday, July 18. Two sessions are offered that day, 9:30 to 11:15 a.m. or 1 to 2:45 p.m.

During these sessions, learn about Lazarus House's programs and the many ways volunteers provide assistance, as well as take a tour of the shelter.

To register for the orientation, contact Lazarus House at volunteer@lazarushouseonline.com or (630) 587-2144.

Lazarus House, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, provides emergency shelter, transitional living and homeless prevention services to our neighbors in crisis from within the Tri-Cities and western rural Kane County.

From its beginning, 18 years ago, Lazarus House has helped men, women and children get back on their feet financially, mentally, physically and spiritually. We are dependent upon volunteers each and every day to share in providing hope and a future to those in need. You, too, can help your neighbors achieve their goals and dreams. Volunteer today!
