Simple way to save money

A very simple way to save money, curve the road from the expressway terminus just a bit to the east around Buffalo Creek Forest Preserve, so it meets Route 83 at McHenry Road. Route 83 just needs to have some access limited, but that road has plenty of room for expansion. Then at Route 60, move it west around Mundelein to where the planners already want it. Also, drop the 45-mile-per-hour sham. If you want to drive that slow, stay home.
