Best-selling authors make a Mayslake stop

Six best-selling authors will be on hand for a live chat, readings and book signings at 7 p.m. Monday, June 8, at the Forest Preserve District of DuPage County's Mayslake Peabody Estate, 1717 W. 31st St., Oak Brook.

The authors on this Keeper Books Tour are Dianna Love, New York Times best-selling author of romantic suspense, urban fantasy and young adult sci-fi; Denise Swanson, New York Times best-selling author of cozy mysteries and contemporary romance; Mary Buckham, USA Today best-selling author of urban fantasy and nonfiction; Tracey Devlyn, USA Today best-selling author of historical romantic suspense and mysteries; Adrienne Giordano, USA Today best-selling author of romantic suspense and mysteries; and Hildie McQueen, Amazon best-selling author of contemporary, historical and paranormal fantasy romance.

The authors do local tours because they make it convenient for readers to attend.

"I'm a busy mom who lives in the Chicago area, so I know from experience that it's a challenge for someone to travel 15 or more miles to spend a few hours at a book signing," Giordano said.

Admission is $5. For more information, visit keeperbookstour.com.
