Boomers rained out; team will play two Sunday

WASHINGTON, Pa. - The Schaumburg Boomers were rained out against the Washington Wild Thing Saturday night. The teams will play a doubleheader Sunday starting at 1:35 p.m. with both games seven innings. The Boomers (2-0) send right-hander Edwin Carl in the first game against righty Ryan Bores and lefty Anthony Gomez in Game 2 against lefty Kyle Helisek.
