Vernon Hills-Based Learning Resources A Sponsor of Upcoming Walk Now for Autism Speaks Chicago

Vernon Hills-based Learning Resources (www.LearningResources.com), a global leader in developing engaging, hands-on learning experiences for children, is a sponsor of the upcoming Walk Now for Autism Speaks Chicago. The walk takes place Saturday, May 16 - from 8 -11 a.m. - at Chicago's Soldier Field. The event raises money for Autism Speaks, the world's leading autism science and advocacy organization, dedicated to funding research into the causes, prevention, treatments and a cure for autism; increasing awareness of autism spectrum disorders; and advocating for the needs of individuals with autism and their families.

Learning Resources will have a booth at the event - located on the playing field at Soldier Field - for participants to stop by and see some of the innovative educational products they make to reach, teach, and delight one-of-a-kind kids. Those visiting the booth can enter to win 10 of Learning Resources' top products for children on the autism spectrum. In addition, visitors will find a Learning Resources Relaxation Station for children filled with specialty selected products; and, a Learning Resources sponsored "Quiet Area" where additional products will be available.
