Schaumburg A.M. Rotary to host Craft Beer Fest

The Schaumburg Craft Beer Fest, presented by Title Sponsor Cucci Ford of East Dundee and hosted by the Schaumburg A.M. Rotary Club Foundation, will debut in conjunction with the Truckin' Around Food Truck Extravanganza from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Saturday, May 16, at the Schaumburg Boomers Stadium west parking lot, 1999 S. Springinsguth Road.

The combined event features more than 50 craft beers for tasting supplied by more than 30 microbrewers, in addition to culinary delights available for purchase from more than 25 food trucks, live music and free parking.

This is a limited attendance event with entry by ticket only and the potential to sell out prior to event day.

The beer fest general admission ticket is $40 per person through May 15, increasing to $45 on event day and includes Truckin' Around admission, plus 15 tasting tickets and a 4-oz. souvenir tasting glass.

The Get to Know Craft Beer ticket is $15 per person and includes Truckin' Around admission, plus five tickets and a tasting glass.

Souvenir tasting glass is limited to the first 1,000 people who purchase tickets.

A single 16-oz. craft beer will be sold at the event for $9.

Truckin' Around admission is $5 per person; free for kids ages 12 and younger. No food and beverages are included. If a beer fest ticket is purchased Truckin' Around admission is included.
