Law is clear on counting write-ins
Can we trust the ethics of an individual who wants to change the law just so it suits his purposes? I'm not so sure.
Instructions for write-in votes were very clear and if the procedures were not followed, those votes should not be counted.
That is the current law. This seems to be Wheeling's "hanging chad" situation.
Mr. Vito, being an Attorney, you should be ashamed of yourself, trying to bend the law for yourself.
