Schaumburg Invites Public to Environmental Fair on May 2

The Village of Schaumburg's Environmental Committee and the Schaumburg Township District Library invite the public to attend its annual Environmental Fair.

The event will take place from noon until 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 2 at the Schaumburg Township District Library, 130 S. Roselle Rd., Schaumburg. The event is free and open to all ages.

Participants will learn more about how to care for the planet by visiting booths and attending environmental programs on topics such as solar-generated energy, green cleaning, the history of Busse Woods, beekeeping and more. A variety of environmental organizations will also be in attendance at the fair.
