Let's stay the course in Mount Prospect

Mount Prospect deserves the best and we do have the best persons running for the board of trustees in Mount Prospect. Paul Hoefert, John Korn and Richard Rogers have earned your vote for Mount Prospect trustee.

They have made promises and those promises were kept. They have consistently brought about balanced budgets. As trustees, they won an Illinois Policy Institute "Sunshine Award" for openness and transparency. Standard and Poors gave them, as members of the Mount Prospect board of trustees, an "excellent" rating for their financial management.

They, as board members, have helped deliver top grade services to the village of Mount Prospect. These trustees are why Mount Prospect was selected as the best place to live in recently.

At this time it is not wise to change what has been very successful governance by these three first-class trustees. Why should we the voters trade these outstanding trustees for virtual unknown persons whose negativity has been rampant throughout this campaign season? These challengers have either not attended a single trustee meeting or have only recently decided they should bother to find out what is going on in Mount Prospect.

The choice for Mount Prospect trustee is very obvious: vote for Paul Hoefert, John Korn, and Richard Rogers. The challengers just don't measure up!
