Crystal Lake police continue search for 18-year-old

Crystal Lake police said Tuesday afternoon they are still searching for a despondent 18-year-old who might have a gun.
Police said Adrian Salazar left his home Sunday night, and they believe he has a gun but does not pose a threat to others. Cmdr. Dan Dziewior said at this time, police have no reason to believe foul play is involved.
Salazar is about 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighs about 125 pounds and was wearing a black sweater and black pants.
Authorities said anyone who sees him should not approach him but should call 911 instead. Anyone with additional information should call Crystal Lake police at (815) 356-3741 or (815) 356-3620.
