New regime, but same old story

A new governor, but the same old politicos. Rauner hires the daughter of one of his staff for $70,000 per year. Why? Because she has a degree, big deal; experience, what kind? Apparently her degree and experience could not get her a job in the private sector so let's have mommy get me a government job.

He says state workers are paid too much then gives someone with no experience in the position $70,000 along with all the other new hires at considerably more than their predecessors.
