Former Griz Wagenmann earns NFL combine invite
MISSOULA, Mont. (AP) - Former Montana defensive end Zack Wagenmann has been invited to this year's NFL scouting combine.
The weeklong combine showcases collegiate talent ahead of the draft later this spring. The combine runs Feb. 17-23 at Indianapolis.
The 6-foot-3, 255-pound Wagenmann tells the Missoulian (http://bit.ly/1KtWnZl ) that being invited is a great honor and a great opportunity.
Wagenmann holds a bevy of Grizzly football career marks, including sacks (37 ˆ½), tackles for loss (49), and forced fumbles (his 6 tied the school mark).
Wagenmann is one of three Big Sky Conference players to get an invite to the 2015 combine.
