Batavia

• A wallet was stolen out of an unattended purse between Thursday and Friday at Batavia High School, 1201 W. Main St., according to police.

• A Samsung Galaxy S4 phone was stolen out of an unattended purse at the Batavia Fine Arts Center at Batavia High School, 1201 W. Main St., it was reported to police at 4:11 p.m. Thursday.

• Jose M. Delgado, 45, of the 200 block of Locust Street, Elgin, was charged with retail theft at 3:19 p.m. Thursday at Sam's Club, 501 N. Randall Road, according to a police report.

• A purse was stolen at Batavia High School, 1201 W. Main St., it was reported to police at 8:25 p.m. Wednesday.
