Two DuPage men charged in cannabis trafficking

Two men were being held in DuPage County jail Tuesday on felony drug charges.

Michael Grassman, 26, of the 23W700 block of St. Charles Road in Carol Stream, has been charged with cannabis trafficking.

Mark A. Sudds, 20, of the 300 block of Cimarron East in Lombard, is charged with unlawful delivery of cannabis.

DuPage County Sheriff's Department officials said the department's Tactical Narcotics Team began investigating the men after a package containing about 19 pounds of marijuana, addressed to Sudds, was intercepted by the United States Postal Service.

Undercover detectives arrested the men late Monday.

Grassman is being held on $200,000 bail while Sudds is being held on $50,000 bail.
