St. Theresa School Students Make a Difference with Change-for-Change

PALATINE, IL - November 6, 2014 - One Wednesday a month, on Hot Dog Lunch Day, St. Theresa School (STS) students are encouraged to bring in change to help a local charity and our school. In return, the children are allowed to wear STS spirit wear in place of their uniforms.

STS is proud to announce that in the latest change-for-change day, on Wednesday, November 5th, the students collected almost $600! In honor of Veteran's Day, a portion of the money raised will be donated to Salute, Inc - a local organization committed to helping military service members, veterans, and their families.

In further celebration of Veteran's Day, on Tuesday, November 11th at 12:30, the school children will be honoring Veterans at a special service at St. Theresa Church. All Veterans are invited to attend! Click on the following link for more information: http://files.stablerack.com/WebFiles/77496/VeteransDayFlyer2014.pdf
