Job fair Nov. 10 seeks experienced nurses

Three Advocate Health Care facilities are teaming up for a job fair in search of experienced nurses. The registered nurse (RN) job fair will take place from 2 to 7 p.m. Nov. 10 at the Chicago Marriott Northwest, 4800 Hoffman Blvd., Hoffman Estates.

Representatives from Advocate Sherman Hospital in Elgin, Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington and Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville will be on hand.

Open positions are in the areas of medical/surgical, cardiac/telemetry, operating room, day surgery, emergency, intensive care unit, labor and delivery, special care nursery, orthopedic/neurological, and float pool.

Applicants should have their current Illinois RN license and CPR card, as well as at least a year of recent hospital or skilled nursing facility experience. No new graduates are being considered at this time.
