Why no debate for Duckworth, Kaifesh?

I have called Tammy Duckworth's office four times over the past two weeks and have spoken with four different people always asking the same question. Why won't Ms. Duckworth debate with Larry Kaifesh? I have never had the courtesy of a callback and wonder what Ms. Duckworth has to hide?
