A moderate who will work with all sides

Randy Hultgren is too extreme to represent us in Washington. He is the only member of the Illinois delegation to vote against reopening the government. He voted to block funding for climate change research so our military can plan ahead for how this will affect military installations worldwide.

He voted against the Violence Against Women Act (which has had bipartisan support) and to allow student loan rates to go as high as 10.5 percent. He co-sponsored legislation to restrict access to reproductive care.

Dennis Anderson is moderate and will work with all sides for legislation that is well thought out. He is a strong animal welfare advocate. He pledges to never put the nation's credit at risk for political reasons. He supports student loan rate reduction. We need representatives in Washington who earn their pay by working together for all of us.
