Attempted baby abductor found as envious of others
MUNCIE, Ind. - A psychologist says a central Indiana woman who pleaded guilty to trying to abduct a 3-year-old girl is manipulative and envious of others.
The report from psychologist is included in a memorandum filed by Delaware County prosecutors ahead of Wednesday's scheduled sentencing hearing for 35-year-old Judith Ann Walker of Anderson.
Walker pleaded guilty last month to burglary resulting in injuries and other charges for the June 2013 attack at the victim's Muncie home. Walker told the judge that because of drug abuse she remembers little about the attack during which she wrapped an electrical cord around a mother's throat
The Star Press reports prosecutors say Walker planned the attack for weeks, buying baby clothing and wearing a fake baby belly to make other believe she was pregnant.
