Nominating Petitions for Library Trustee Now Available

Nominating petitions are now available for the position of Library Trustee for the West Chicago Public Library District. Residents living in the West Chicago Public Library District, who are at least eighteen years of age and who are registered to vote, are invited to pick up a nominating petition for the April 7, 2015 election.

A total of four trustee positions are open, three 4-year terms and one 2-year term. Candidate packets are available in the Library's Administrative Offices and may be picked up between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Saturday.

Completed petitions must be filed at the Library between Monday, December 15 and Monday, December 22, 2014. Filing hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
