Red Stars fall at Kansas City

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Chicago Red Stars fell 1-0 to Kansas City on Saturday night in National Women's Soccer League action.

Playing their third match in seven days, the Red Stars hung tough until the 77th minute when Kansas City's Merritt Mathias played a low cross in front of goal and Jen Buczkowski was left open to slide the ball into the net.
