'Mini Abe' at Woodfield Mall June 21

Mini Abe, the Illinois Office of Tourism's "spokespresident" for its current Enjoy Illinois advertising campaign, is scheduled to make a guest appearance at the Character Caravan event from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 21, at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg. Mini Abe already has spent time visiting many local destinations in the Northwest suburbs including the War Dog Memorial in Streamwood, t Pirate's Cove in Elk Grove Village, Trickster Gallery in Schaumburg, Opera in Focus in Rolling Meadows and Arlington International Racecourse in Arlington Heights.
