Harper to host open house for career, tech programs

Harper College architecture, fire science and fashion design students will showcase their work in an open house Tuesday, May 6.

Faculty and students enrolled in 18 career and technical programs at the Palatine-based community college will highlight their skills in the free event open to the public. Prospective students also are encouraged to attend to learn more about the programs.

The open house will run from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. in Building Y of the Avante Center on Harper's main campus, 1200 W. Algonquin Road, Palatine. Parking is available in Lot 3.
